Georgetown : Floyd Rawlins, 19 years, of Tuc-ville, Georgetown, was on the roadway at Meadow Brook Gardens, Georgetown, at about 9:00pm when he was held up by two men, one of whom was armed with a firearm.
The men took away Rawlins’ gold chain and escaped on two bicycles. They were pursued by the victim in his motor vehicle, who was joined by a police mobile patrol that was in the vicinity, and one of the perpetrators was apprehended.
The stolen gold chain and a .38 revolver with five rounds were recovered by the police.
The man is in police custody and charges will be made shortly.
