Berbice : The police are investigating a fatal accident that at Susannah Public Road, No. 19 Village, Corentyne, and which resulted in the death of Travis Lagadoue of Mayor and Town Council Scheme, New Amsterdam.
Lagadoue was driving motor car PLL 8762 when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a utility pole.
Travis Lagadoue and two occupants Allister Henry, 31 years, and Manta Persaud, 37 years, both of Asylum Street, New Amsterdam, received injuries.
Lagadoue was pronounced dead at the New Amsterdam Hospital, while the others have been admitted for medical attention.
