Georgetown: A police corporal and his friend succumbed after the vehicle they were travelling into crashed into a logging truck the driver tried to overtake Tuesday morning.
Dead are Teon Hope and Quason Anthony. Reports indicate that the men were returning to Georgetown after spending the night in Linden at the Town Week International Concert.
The driver of the car was attempting to overtake a moving log- truck when the car slammed into the logs at the rear of the truck.
Reports indicate that the men died on the spot.
