Bartica : Police ranks stopped and searched a mini-bus at the check-point at Mabura yesterday and found a bag containing 924 grams of marijuana.
The police then went on and conduct a search on a boat at Bartica, which had arrived from Parika, and found a bag with 457 grams of marijuana.
Several persons have been arrested in both matters, which are under investigations by the police.
