Georgetown: Three men suspected bandits were fatally shot by police Thursday on the Georgetown seawall road opposite the GNS Sports Complex ground.
Reports indicate that the men were descried as “truckers” who break into vehicles and steal property. One of the men was identified as Dexroy Cordis of Grove, East Bank Demerara.
Police confirmed the deaths as investigations continue.
Police detained as Toyota Ist bearing licence plate number PTT 9034, in which the men were said to have been travelling.
