Three Police officers have been charged in connection with the shooting of police officer Milford Edwards. They are Sergeant Julius Morgan, Constables Orlando Collins and Adrian Ford.
The three lawmen have been charged with unlawful and malicious wounding, unlawful discharge of firearm, excessive use of force and acting in a manner so rash or negligent as to be likely to cause harm.
Forde faced the additional charge of conspiracy to defeat the course of justice.
The officers have been asked to surrender all travel documents. Morgan and Collins are on EC$25, 000 bail with one surety, Forde received EC$7,000 bail with one surety.
The incident took place at Rose Place Kingstown, on December 5, last year.
