Georgetown: PPP's Donald Ramotar says if he becomes the president, his first order will be to create a vision and universal education sytem for young people, so that they can realise there talents and true potential. This evening he is saying that the strength of the nation lies is the hands of young people, who through many developments and opportunities, will be able to excel and take this country to new and greater heights.
