Georgetown : Guyana’s biggest trade fair Guyana Exposition 2011 ( GuyExpo) was opened last evening and the feature address delivered by President Bharrat Jagdeo said over the years exhibitors have move this event to a world class standard.
GuyExpo held under the theme “Enhancing Growth through Competitiveness,” is now 16 years in operation and provides a platform for stakeholders in the business sector to exhibit what Guyana has to offer in the different sectors.
The special guest at this year’s event is Suriname's vice-president Robert Ameerali.
