Georgetown : Anurada Dev of Queen’s College and Shalita Appadu of New Amsterdam Multilateral were named the two top performers at the sitting of the May/June CSEC examinations with 15 Grade Ones, each.
This year saw 188 candidates achieving Grade one passes in eight or more subjects. Other top performers include Zainab Abdul Karim, Mackenzie High; Seriena Alli, Abram’s Zuil Secondary; Sanjiv Nandalal, Saraswati Vidya Niketan; Tishana Arthur, St. Rose’s High; Ajay Persuad, St. Joseph High; Damien Monzie, Marian Academy; Kevroy Lall, Anna Regina Multilateral; Sasenarine Tomby, JC Chandisingh; Nurisha Gobin, Tagore Memorial and John Anderson, West Demerara Secondary.
