Bridgetown.
The Government of Barbados is not happy with the pace of the regional thrust in urgent matters dealing with Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA).
This comment was expressed by Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Senator Maxine McClean yesterday, at a lunchon hosted by the Barbados Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) at the Hilton Hotel.
McClean said: "Efforts are ongoing to operationalise the EPA at two levels, regionally and nationally, I must admit that we continue to be
frustrated by the slow pace of regional efforts to resolve outstanding issues which limit our ability to realise the full benefits of the EPA".
