Georgetown: A large crowd gathered as businessman Pursotham Nauth was cremated Tuesday last . In the midst of the crowd relatives were trying to piece the robbery attack together. They are convinced that the robbery and shooting was connected to a close associate to the businessman. Purto as he was called became a very popular businessman in the Enmore community since he started a wholesale business years ago selling mostly beverages. According to relatives he had a trend and usually travels to the city on Mondays to the bank with his weekly sales and payments to companies.Someone who knew this trend ambushed and attacked him. The driver of the bus he was in was held for questioning. It is believed that the driver who is the businessman's relative may know more than he told investigators. Nauth was robbed of 8 million and shot in the shoulder by bandits who ambushed him on the Lusignan embankment road. He died 2 days later. Now his relatives are planning to do their own investigations and avenge the businessman's murder.
