Barbadian international singing sensation, Rihanna has re-written the record for the most number one pop songs on Billboard's Nielsen pop song play charts.
Her latest single, Stay has risen to the top of the Billboard charts, this makes Bajan singing sensation the first artist in the chart's 20 year history to have had ten number 1 rankings.
Rihanna first went to the top of the billboard charts with her song "SOS" in 2006, her lastest number one chart buster was in late 2011 with "We Found Love" featuring Calvin Harris.
It stayed at the top of the charts for eight weeks, her longest stay at the top. This record for most number one songs is the latest for Rihanna.
She previously established the marks for most entries, (35), and the most top 10s, (23), since the ranking was launched in 1992.
