Georgetown: Members of the press waited outside Freedom House since this morning to get the outcome of the ruling party's Central committee meeting, whose members are expected to vote for the presidential candidate. Just after 1 PM. Ralph Ramkarran, one of the candidates spoke briefly to the press, but did not get into details of what transpired during the morning session. He basically explained that members will vote on their nominees favored for the post. Up to the time of this report there has been no word from the ruling party's headquarters. It is believed that the method being used to select the presidential candidate will either be by secret ballots or show of hands.
