A school boy attacked a teenager with a cutlass at Queen Street, Speightown, St Peter, yesterday afternoon. A witness told Trakker News the incident involved a boy dressed in the uniform of a secondary school and a teenager not in a uniform.
The witness told Trakker News the two boys began to fight and the school boy took a cutlass from a bag and chopped the teenager on his arm and back.
Public Relations Officer of the Royal Barbados Police Force Inspector David Welch, last night said investigators were still piecing together the details.
He confirmed that a secondary school boy attacked and wounded a 16 year old male who is not a student.
Welch said the victim was wounded on his right arm.
