The trial of Senior Police Superintendent of Police James Forbes and businessman Bruce Bicknell has been delayed until June 11 to allow Senior Resident Magistrate Lorna Shelly Williams time to clear other cases.
Bicknell and Forbes are charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice arising from an incident in Kingston last year when the businessman was stopped by a traffic cop.
