Georgetown : A very high ranking 0fficer in the Guyana Police Force is being fingered in a rape accusation currently engaging the attention of the Crime Chief.
The woman at the heart of the investigation is alleging that the top ranking official committed the act sometime in October.
It is unclear at this time why the alleged victim has taken this long to come forward but this publication can confirm that she has met with prominent Attorney-at-Law, Nigel Hughes and has in her possession damning circumstantial information allegedly implicating the profile rank.
The woman reportedly has some possibly incriminating evidence including text messages and a photograph of the vehicle that the Police Officer sent to pick her up.
