Six men on burglaries charges

Bridgetown.

Six men have been arrested and charged in connection w ith a number of aggravated burglaries on the island.

They are Rishan Walrond, 20 and Kemar Walrond,25 both of Back Ivy, St Michael,  Prince  Browne of Buttals Tenantry, St George, Jamal Raymond Taylor, 22, of Ellerton, also in St George, Davon Lavere Miller, 29 of Leadvale, Christ Church and Antonio Kellman, 24, of Fairy Vallery also in Christ Church.

 Rishan  Walrond, Browne and Talyor are jointly charged with two counts of aggravated rebbery at Jenny's Mini Mart Waverly Cot, St George on February 25.

Kemar Walrond faces charges of illegal possession of a firearm, two firearms were recovered by the police during their investigations.

Miller was charged with burglary at the Gordon Walter Primary School, at St Patrick, Christ Church on March 9 and assult to prevent lawful apprehension. Kellman was charged with a robbery allegedly committed last year.
