Georgetown : The driver of mini bus BNN 9334 overtook another mini bus and collided with the motor cyclist who was proceeding in the opposite direction this morning on Aubrey Barker Road, South Ruimveldt, Georgetown.
The motorcyclist, 40 year old Patrick Welcome of Critchlow Street, Tuc-Ville, Georgetown, received injuries and was taken to the Georgetown Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the mini bus is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
