A fully clothed Michael Arthur Francis Marshall of Trevondor, Welches, Christ Church, admitted in the District A Magistrates' Court yesterday that he wilfully qpenly, lewdly and openly exposed his person at Kensington Oval, a public place and having lawfully enter Oval, on January 21, he misconducted himself in an annoying manner.
Marshall, a 20 year old student ran across the field naked on Saturday night during the Caribbean T20 semi final match match between Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago.
Prosecutor Peter Barrow told the court Marshall went to the Oval to watch cricket and took the opportunity to ran naked onto the field from the Party Stand, he was caught and arrested.
Magistrate Graveney Bannister ordered a presentencing report on the first time offender and adjourned sentencing until March 9. Marshall is on $10.000 bail with a surety.
