Investigators belief that there are other members of the group in Suriname and Guyana. A total of 115 kilos of cocaine and 52 kilos of marijuana have been seized after Surinamese police was tipped off about the substance being smuggled from Guyana via the Corentyne River through the backtrack route. The four people in custody are all Surinamese with suspected links to Guyanese dealers, who the authorities are now looking for, based on some information from those in custody.
