North West District : The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of miner Elvin David, 42 years of Belladrum, WCB, which occurred at at Buckhall Landing, Barama.
A police report stated, Elvin David and another man were imbibing when an argument developed between them during which he sustained an injury to his head and subsequently died.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations
