Port-of-Spain: 
Crime Watch Talk Show host Ian Alleyne has been charged and will spend the night at the Port-of-Spain Central Police Station.
Just after 3pm on Monday, Alleyne was discharged from the Eric Williams Medical Facility where he has been warded since last Saturday.
Alleyne reported feeling unwell after officers arrested him at Express House on Thursday night.
Alleyne has been charged under the Sexual Offences Act and also for resisting arrest.
His attorney Om Lalla says alleyne has been forced to spend the night in jail since bail can only be issued by a magistrate.
Lalla said his client is concerned about the way things have unfolded so far and is anxious to attend court on Tuesday..
Three top officials of CCN TV6 have been summoned to appear in court in connection with the matter.
