Primary school principals shoud return to classroom to be better equipped for their jobs.
That is the view of president of the Association of Public Primary School Principals, Ivan Clarke, who says that principals should be better trained.
"We start as senior teachers then move on to principals, but we do not have the requisite training for the job", Clarke told the association annual general conference at Accra Beach Hotel, Christ Church, yesterday.
"Sometimes we learn on the job, but that must be supported with theory", he added.
