Berbice: 17 year old cane harvester, Stephon Bacchus and a co-worker had a misunderstanding which resulted in Bacchus being chopped to his neck with a cutlass at Jackson Creek,Corentyne,Berbice.
Stephon Bacchus was taken to the Skeldon Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
