A good Crop Over Festival this year would not fix the problems facing Barbados' economy, says the Governor of the Central Bank of Barbados, Dr DeLisle Worrell.
"The best thing to do is to hope. I think that last year we did a little better than the year before, so hopefully this year we will continue to do somewhat better again, but honestly if I were to say that I could give you an informed opinion at this time it would be misrepresenting the situation. At this stage it's is more hope than anything else", Worrell told Trakker News.
