Third jet for Redjet

Bridgetown

The demand for Redjet service has forced the airline to acquire a third aeroplane as demand for the company's service continues to grow.

Robbie Burns head of businiess development of the lost cost carrier told Trakker News, that since the airline started its operation from Barbados to Guyana  in May this year, it had experienced about 82 percent growth in the market.

As a result of this remarkable growth on the route, the airline has added an extra flight, the airline now operates flights four time per week on that route.

Burns said that the Barbados based airline was already seeing tremendous results for the Barbados to Trinidad route after it was granted permission to operate from the twin island republic just over two weeks ago.
