Wendy Charlemagne, of Hawkins Gap, Westburby Road; Andra Lashley, of Lower Burney and Kevin Connell confessed to killing retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, Frederick Phillips, yesterday in the Number Two Supreme Court yesterday.
Phillips, was bound, gagged and beaten by the three men as they went about ransacking his home in a futile attempt to find jars of money and a gun on November10,2009.
The three robbers inflicted a beating on the 95 year old man in an attempt to give him to reveal where the items were and eventually pushed him under a bed where he suffocated.
Justice Elneth Kentish ordered presentencing reports on all three of the men, and remanded them to HMP Dodds pending sentencing.
