Trinidadian Dane Marvin Grainger has until September 2, to pay $35,000 or spend two years behind bars after pleading guilty in the District B Magistrate's Court to possession and trafficking a kilo of cocaine
Grainger, 34 years, was arrested and charged on Monday after arriving from Trinidad and clearing immigration at the Grantley Adams International Airport.
He was referred to customs, where a search of his haversack revealed two transparent packages containing the cocaine.
Grainger has been remanded to prison.
