Karen Best and David Clement have been appointed to the postition of Deputy Chief Education Officers at the Ministry of Education.
Best is currently the principal of Hillaby /Turner's Hall Primary School and the president of Barbados Union of Teachers. Clement is at present Senior Education (Tertiary) in the Ministry of Education.
Minister of Education Ronald Jones, told the press this morning the appointments took effect from September 1st.
