Bridgetown.
An unidentified man was shot in the leg at Brighton, Black Rock, St Michael, yesterday evening. The incident halted Kadooment proceedings while onlookers assisted the man until an ambulance arrived.
According to Assistant Superintendent of Police Bruce Rowe the incident marred a peaceful Grand kadooment. Rowe said he was pleased with the behaviour of the crowds.
There were also reports of a woman fainting, another dislocating her shoulder and a third injuring her foot.
