Union boss still in hospital

Bridgetown.

The General Secretary of the National Union of Public Worker (NUPW), Dennis Clarke, remained in the Intensive Care Unit of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital today with dengue haemorrhagie fever.

The general council of the NUPW met yesterday and decided that deputy secretary Rosalind  Smith

would act as general secretary, Delcia Burke as deputy general secretary and Richard Greene as  assistant general secretary.
