Georgetown : 24 year old Vishnu Singh appeared this morning at the Sparendaam Magistrate court and was released on $400,000 bail. Singh the son of Rice Development Board Head Jagnarine Singh was charged for raping a 14 year old school girl on January 27, 2015.
