The Barbados High Commission in London is to being upgraded.
Minister of Social Care and Consitituency Empowerment Steven Blackett, made the announcement in the House of Assembly yesterday while piloting a money resolution for $800,000 to upkeep the High Commission and the Miami Consulate.
Blackett told Parliament the office of the High Commission is in dire need of 
repair noting that its boilers are over 20 years and must be replaced.
