The management of Redjet contends that the airline did receive the required regulatory approvals from the Air Transport Licensing Authority of Barbados under the Air Services Agreements between Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago to commence commercial flights, between the two countries.
The airline's management made the comment after reports out of Trinidad stated that Jack Warner, the Transport and Works Minister of the twin island republic said he was in the dark as how the airline got the go ahead to operate in that country.
Warner said he was clueless as to where the airline obtained its approvals.
