Twenty year old Stephen Miller of 3rd Avenue Nurse Land, Tweedside Road, St Michael, has been charged with the murder of Damien Mitchell on January 1st at Gully Hill, Carrington Village, St Michael.
Miller was also charged with using a firearm while committing an indictable offence, illegal possession of a firearm, discharging a firearm in a public place and violent disorder arising out of the same incident.
He appeared in the District Magistrates Court yesterday and was remanded to HMS Prison Dodds.
